New Users can follow the step by step process for creating and sending email marketing campaigns.

You can choose to use an existing template, or create a new template from scratch, then move through a logical step by step process to send your first campaign. This is after you upload your contacts to the Address Book prior to starting the Wizard.

Enter your HTML and Text email content. From here you can:

If there are web-links in your HTML email content, you can set Triggers. This is a tool used to segment recipients of your campaign by allocating groups for recipients who click on certain web-links.

Choose your recipients from your Address Book . You can search individually, by groups, and Send Lists. You can also block certain recipients from receiving your campaign. Add a new contact if they are not already in your Address Book.

Send test emails to contacts in your test email send list.

Confirm all details by previewing the campaign and edit if needed.
