To create an SMS campaign, you can go through a simple step by step guide.

 The steps include:

• Create a new template or select an existing template

• Insert content

• Personalize campaign using database fields from your Address Book

• Option to preview your campaign

• Select recipients individually or by groups.  Option to block recipients and add new member manually

• Confirm your campaign.  Option to send test SMS

Once the campaign has been created, clicking view will allow you to preview the campaign in a mobile phone format.

Sent campaigns will provide you with a summary which gives you statistics on the campaign’s performance.  The summary includes:

• Campaigns sent

• Invalid mobile number

• Submit error

This is presented in a table as well as graphs.

You can edit the permissions to allow or disallow administrators to have access to each campaign.

You can also resend an existing campaign to additional recipients.
