Online Support SystemIf you can't find an answer to your question in our online resources then you can escalate your query to our online support system. The online support suite allows you to lodge support requests online, prioritising its urgency. The Platform Direct help desk personnel then reviews each request and takes appropriate action to escalate the requests. Clients can always log into the system to view the current status of help desk requests, as well as review closed requests. While the online support suite allows us to provide a super efficient support and help desk service, personalised telephone support is also available.
