One of the most powerful features of the internet is interactive forms and using them to give your customers the ability to tell you what they want or what they like. With Platform Direct you are able to create unlimited forms and embed into your web site or link to them for your web site or email campaign.
 

• View Form allows you to view the details of your Campaign Form.

• Form Fields tab allows you to choose your default form fields from the made up list, and add extra fields from the bundle of fields you have created in Custome Fields.

• Options tab allows you to choose a background image or colour for your form.  It also allows you to choose size specifications of the form, add a header and footer, and the font specifications of the form.

• The Groups tab allows you to choose whether to add recipients to a group if they complete the form.

• A Thank-You text can be included to be sent to those who complete the form.

• The URL tab gives you a URL to paste onto your website for people to access the form without being sent the campaign.

• Form Source is the HTML code which can be edited directly.

• You can preview the form at any time.

• You can duplicate an existing form.

• The Edit logo allows you to edit the name and description of the Campaign Form.

• Edit permissions can be changed to allow or disallow administrators of certain groups.
