Track subscriber behavior

Everything a subscriber does in relation to a communication received from the Platform Direct system is tracked and then recorded at a granular level against the subscriber. So if someone opens an email, or clicks on a specific link, you are able to not only view that the behavior has occurred, but also use that knowledge in future campaigns.

Over time, a rich history of behaviors is recorded against each subscriber allowing you to create targeted campaigns based on the subscriber’s interactions and interests.
