Platform Direct Plus includes a sophisticated permissions management system allowing you to nominate who can do what in your system.
Restrictions can be applied to:
- Access to view and edit specific templates, or groups of templates
- Permisison to create but not send a campaign, or to create and send a campaign
- Access to view specific campaign folders and the campaigns within those folders (this will allow different business units within the company to keep their campaign information private)
- Authorisation to set-up new users
- Access to view and edit specific user groups and the users within those groups
- Access to view and edit specific images and document folders
- Permission to create either E-mail or SMS campaigns (restrict media type access)
- Access to view and edit web forms
- Access to view and export the data from web forms
- Authorisation to update the system settings
- Access to view account and financial information
- Full functional restrictions are available to restrict any operation performed within the system
Setting up users
Administrators with appropriate permissions can quickly create a new user to access the Platform Direct system. As part of this process, the required permissions are selected.
