Capture data with the form builder for subscriptions, surveys and more

Platform Direct lets you build your database by enabling you to create subscription forms easily.

Insert any field created in the database on your form, and start recording information against it. All form field types are supported: text fields, radio buttons, check boxes, drop down lists and many more.

Creating a form is as easy as dragging and dropping the required fields into position, and then saving the form. You can then publish a web page held on the Platform Direct system provided it comprises the form. You can also integrate the form on your own website by simply inserting an iframe, or inserting javascript code.

The forms you create aren't limited to new subscriptions. Create a form to conduct a survey of subscribers, find out about their interests, or their opinion on a product or service. Then use the knowledge in future communications with your client database.

Forms can also be a powerful tool used to capture information like registrations for events and entries into competitions etc.
