We’ve created a system that allows those without any CRM management experience to create, import, export, and manage email subscriber lists simply. The power of electronic direct marketing is driven by the knowledge held in your database. Platform Direct has been designed to allow you to create, manage and manipulate this knowledge with ease.

Unlimited configurable fields

You can store just about any data against your subscribers. Platform Direct comes with 20 of the most common fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address etc. The system allows you to create as many additional fields as you wish. Want to capture the footy team someone supports? With Platform Direct, you can have this set-up in the database in seconds, and no technical knowledge or background is required to achieve it. Anyone can do it!

Import your contacts easily

If you already have a list of contacts, just save as a csv file, and upload into Platform Direct. As part of the process you will be asked to map the fields of your csv list against those available in Platform Direct. It's a simple drag and drop process that can be completed in no time at all.

Export your whole database, or just a sample

Just as easy as importing contacts, you can export lists to use or integrate with other applications. Export all of the data with a few simple clicks, or search for subscribers who match certain criteria, and then export this refined list.

Set-up subscription forms on your website

Platform Direct comes complete with a form builder that allows you to create web subscription forms using database fields you have created. Upon submission, the form data is automatically stored in the database against the subscriber to assist you in driving targeted, relevant communications.
