To create a new campaign, you can use the Getting Started Wizard or Professional Mode.  Professional Mode provides a checklist which allows you to track the steps required to complete a campaign.  

The checklist includes:

  • Whether a Template has been selected

  • Campaign Information Entered

  • Content Entered

  • Recipients Selected

  • Ready to Send

These campaigns can be organised into categories/folders.

Email reports are available for campaigns which have been sent.  The summary tab provides statistics on the campaign’s performance. 

The summary includes:

  • Emails sent  
  • Emails waiting to be sent
  • Emails opened 
  • Average delay in opening 
  • Emails unopened
  • Emails failed/System errors
  • Emails bounced
  • Contacts who unsubscribed
  • Contacts who subscribed
  • Total click throughs
  • Unique recipients who clicked on links
  • Total triggers executed
  • Unique recipients who executed triggers
  • Total forwarded emails
  • Forwards accepted
  • Forwards pending

 

The reports can be compared to another campaign through the ‘Compare Other Emails’ tab.

The Operations tab allows you to organise recipients of a campaign who took a specified action (from the summary) to be added to a group.
