Accounts

This section is used to keep your account details up-to-date, as well as to manage invoices and your complimentary Test Sending List.

 

my account

The My Account section includes your contact information and the payment plan you are currently on for your campaign.  This can be changed at any time, and the new payment plan will be effective from the next billing period.

my usage

The My Usage section allows you to view your current and past usage month by month.

test send list

The Test Sending List is a list of up to five contacts which are used for sending test Email/SMS campaigns, free of charge.

admin accounts

You can have multiple administrator accounts for a number of people to have access to your Platform Direct account.  The Administrator List gives you a list of the current Administrators.  The Search For Current Contacts tab allows you to search in your Address Book for contacts to specify as Administrators.  The Add New Administrator tab allows you to add a new administrator manually.

payment options

You can view and update your payment options on the Payment Options page i.e. Credit Card, Direct Debit etc. 

invoice

My Invoices provides you with a list of your and your client’s invoices.  You can search by date range, or select a particular client.

prepaid

The Pre-Pay page allows you to purchase credit for your Platform Direct account.  This can be done by Credit Card.  This page also shows your credit usage each month.

prepaid history

The Pre-Paid History page shows your credit purchases and your credit usage in a list.  By clicking on the left icon you can view each invoice.

credit limit

The Credit Limit page allows you to view your current pre-paid credit limit and if desired, request a new amount.

manage groups

My Clients allows you to manage your client details.  You can create groups for your clients, create new client accounts and edit existing ones.  This page also determines whether the clients are active on Platform Direct.

my reports

In My Reports you can view your account’s financial reports.  The list includes:

  • Sales you have made

  • Payment status of your clients

  • Commissions

  • Payments you have been charged for on behalf of your clients

  • Total campaigns sent out by you and your clients

partner signup forms

The Partner Signup Form is used to create a signup form for clients who would like to create a new Platform Direct account directly linked to yours.

available plans

The Available Plans page gives you a list of Platform Direct plans available for you and your clients.  The details specify the number of Emails, SMS and fax included in each plan.

white label

The White Label interface allows you to customise all aspects of Platform Direct for you and your clients.  The following details can be customized:

  • Company name to appear on all site pages and emails

  • Company website to redirect your clients to this site when they click the company logo in the header

  • Product name to appear on all site pages and emails

  • Contact Number used for client enquires and client support

  • Contact Email Address used for client enquires and client support

  • Domain Name used in the creation of client sites

  • The Design tab allows you to customise the colour scheme, fonts and styles on you and your clients Platform Direct pages.

  • The Emails tab allows you to create email responses for when users take actions such as:

    • Sign up to a full version of Platform Direct

    • Sign up to a trial version of Platform Direct

    • Their trial version is about to expire

    • Subscribe to the site via a Campaign Form
